SHIPPING FEES

Shipping costs vary depending on the weight of your order and the country of delivery.

Order preparation times can range from 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not prepared on weekends and public holidays.

For deliveries in mainland France and Corsica and international deliveries outside France.

We propose delivery to:

DELIVERED COUNTRIES

We deliver to France, Corsica, Monaco, Switzerland, and European Union countries (except the United Kingdom, Canary Islands, Norway, Andorra, and French overseas territories). Currently, we do not deliver to other destinations.

Delivery Times

• Order preparation: 1 to 3 business days (may be longer during sales periods).
• Average delivery time:
  • France: 2 to 5 days
  • Europe: 3 to 7 days (up to 10 days depending on the country)
• Delays may occur if the package is held at customs. Contact our customer service if your order remains at customs for more than two weeks (contact@mangrose.fr).

1. European countries: No customs duties.

Order and Payment

• Order tracking: You will receive a notification by email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
• Preparation time: 1 to 3 business days.
• Order cancellation: You can contact customer service within one hour of placing your order for a possible cancellation (contact@mangrose.fr).
• Change of delivery address: Contact our customer service to check if the change is still possible after placing the order (contact@mangrose.fr).

Promotional Code

• Promotional codes can only be used once and are not combinable.
• Usage: Enter the code in the “Promo code” field before confirming your order.

• Payment options:

• Security: All order and payment data are encrypted by SSL protocol.
• Installment payment: Not available at this time.

E-Gift Card

• Purchase: Available on our site.
• Usage: Minimum amount of 100 euros, valid for 1 year, usable only on the site.
• Sending: By email, printable or directly sent to the recipient.

Returns and Refunds

• Return conditions: You have 14 days after receiving your order to return items in their original condition.

• Return process: Contact us with your order number and the reference of the item to be returned (contact@mangrose.fr). Use the eco-friendly Kraft paper envelope to return your items to the following address:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will contact you to confirm the refund or exchange.

• Refund time: 10 days from receipt of returned items, to the account associated with the card used for payment. You will receive an email confirming receipt and the refund.

Promotional products purchased online and e-gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged, except in the form of a credit.
